The 2024 AACAR Convention & Tradeshow was held at LIVE! Casino and Hotel on April 4th! This year’s theme was “Cheers to 25 Years.” The annual event brought together professionals from across the real estate industry and featured up to 6 hours of continuing education, mastermind sessions, networking, lunch, happy hour, giveaways, and much more!
AACAR was proud to offer new classes like the State of the Industry Panel, All About Accessory Dwelling, and Financing for the Newly Licensed. This year, there were two mastermind sessions attendees can participate in. We also want to extend a huge thank you to all those behind the mastermind sessions. Booths include
• Two (2) event access passes (each pass includes lunch & happy hour)
• One 10’ x 10’ booth
• One 6-foot table, two chairs, and a trash can

Additional event passes can be purchased by Tradeshow vendor.
Electricity is available for an additional $70.00.
Booth Decorating Contest
We are asking exhibitors to participate in a booth decorating contest. We encourage participants to play into the “Cheers to 25 Years” theme with this anniversary theme in mind and draw attendees to your booth! The winner will receive a free standard booth at the 2025 Convention & Tradeshow.
Looking for ideas? Here are a few:
- Incorporate the theme colors – including the silver anniversary color – into your décor
- Consider trends from 25 years ago
- Play into the happy hour celebration
Booths will be judged by Convention Committee members based on originality, effort, connection to the theme, and overall appearance.

Vendor Load-In Information
Load-in times are scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM. We will have volunteers helping to make the unloading process as expedient as possible.
Please find the Hall load–in directions here. The ramp is a dead end. You can pull forward, or back up, but please leave room for other cars to get out. We are scheduling multiple booths at a time so please be sure to check for your load–in time below. Place your gear inside the event space and move your car to the parking areas. If you are using the ramp, do not set up your booth before moving your car after unloading your vehicle. Remember to bring a hand truck if you have heavier materials. If you plan to park in the garage, please be sure to take the elevator to the Event Center.
Set up must be completed by the time the Tradeshow opens at 11:00am.

9:00 am – 9:15 am: Booths #55-60
9:15 am – 9:25 am: Booths #51-55
9:25 am – 9:35 am: Booths #43-50
9:40 am – 9:50 am: Booths #35-42
9:50 am – 10:00 am: Booths #26-34
10:00 am – 10:10 am: Booths #18-25
10:10 am – 10:20 am: Booths #10-17
10:20 am – 10:30 am: Booths #1-9
Once you unload your vehicle, you will have until 11 AM to finish setting up and decorating your booth. If you anticipate needing more time to unload your car, please reach out to coordinate an earlier setup time. You can set up as early as 8:00 am but would have to arrive BEFORE the first official load–in time at 9:00 am.
When you arrive at your booth, you will find a Vendor packet on the table. This packet will have your name badges, lunch and happy hour tickets (including any extras you may have purchased), and a copy of our Convention program which includes a map of the venue space and a copy of the class schedule.
Breakdown of exhibits will begin at 6:00 pm. As a reminder, early removal will not be permitted.
The Convention Committee will be on the floor with bright ribbons. AACAR staff will also be available and wearing blue shirts with the AACAR logo on the front and “STAFF” on the back. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
