Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS® (AACAR) has been in business since 1941. AACAR is a membership organization consisting of REALTORS® and Affiliate Members. We strive to offer our members all they need to be successful in their real estate careers.

We have a REALTOR® Store for signage and many useful products. We also offer leadership opportunities, through volunteer activities, and through committee and Board appointments. We look forward to serving you and welcoming you into the AACAR family!

At AACAR, we focus our attention on the activities that help our members conduct successful, professional, and ethical business:

We help to protect the right to own and use private property
Our advocacy efforts help to preserve property rights and advance economic growth in our community
Our education offerings help REALTORS® deliver high standards of conduct
We promote home ownership in local and state government

We support over 3,000 REALTORS® who serve Central Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay area. We were chartered in 1941. As a member of AACAR, our members also belong to Maryland REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark unique to real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics.

The REALTOR® Party is a powerful alliance of REALTORS® and REALTOR® Associations working to advance public policies and candidates that build strong communities, protect property interests, and promote a vibrant business environment.
