Do I need to fill out a form?The following form kicks off AACAR Comms support for your event, class, campaign, program/product launch. If your request is for a small, one-off communications need, no need to fill out a form! Just email lisa@aacar.com.Do you have your details in order?The below must be filled out in its entirety. We will not schedule a meeting to review your request until all logistics, speakers, etc. have been secured.How early should I submit my Communications Request Form?Requests should be submitted 4-6 months in advance of signature events and 6-8 weeks in advance of all other events and program launches. This allows us enough time to meet with your team and deliver ideas on how best to promote your initiative. This timeline also maximizes exposure for your event.When should promotions for my event begin?For maximum exposure and attendance, registration and communications should be active 4-6 weeks leading up to the event. For signature events, plan to have registration and promotions active for 8-12 weeks.
